Oscar actor Christoph Waltz was in Japan for the movie premier “Alita: Battle angel” and was collaborating with Kizuna Ai on the stage.
Kizuna Ai was the host of the event and Christoph enjoyed a lot company with her. On the stage he was acting like holding hands on the screen with virtual character and seemed like he’s into her!
There were Rosa Salazar, Robert Anthony Rodriguez director and Jon Landau producer as well.
Alita battle angel is known in Japan as Gunnm (銃夢 Ganmu, literally “gun dream”), is a Japanese cyberpunk manga series created by Yukito Kishiro in 1990 and originally published in Shueisha’s Business Jump magazine.
Christoph was very curious about Kizuna Ai and even asked her if shes engaged or not and she kind of took it seriously and asked him if it’s possible to fall in love with human and virtual character?. He also said that he wanted to come to Tokyo for past 35 years and glad that he finally could because of this movie.
Rosa was excited to see virtual character in person for the first time and said “wish I could go to virtual world too!”.
